Please read these documents carefully before you start to use our Site. By using our Site, you indicate that you accept these Terms and Conditions and that you agree to abide by them. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please refrain from using our Site.

Should you wish to order or subscribe to specific products or services from us (e.g. Forscene, Clesh, Online Video Editor) then additional terms and conditions will apply, which you agree to comply with, and where this is the case you will be able to review and print them. You will also be asked to agree to these additional terms at the time you place an order for, subscribe or register for the products or services in question. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and those applying to specific products or services (“Specific Terms”) the Specific Terms shall prevail to the extent of any conflict or inconsistency.

References to “you” and “your” are references to the person accessing our Site.

Accessing our Site

Whenever you make use of any interactive service (eg Blackbird, Clesh, Online Video Editor) on our Site you must comply with the terms of use (including any acceptable use policy) applicable to the service in question. You indemnify us for any non-compliance with such terms of use and any acceptable use policy.

You must not misuse our Site by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our Site, the server on which our Site is stored or any server, computer or database connected to our Site. By breaching this provision, you would commit a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and we will co-operate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them. Jurisdiction and applicable law

The English courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim arising from, or related to, a visit to our Site although we retain the right to bring proceedings against you for breach of these conditions in your country of residence or any other relevant country.
