BVE 2010

Sector report

The 102 page PSQ Analytics Technology and Telecoms report, supported by the London Stock Exchange, has been published. The report begins: "The Technology sector is arguably the largest and most important sector in the global economy", and includes two pages devoted to Forbidden Technologies.

Decision Business Magazine is the "Business lifestyle magazine for directors and senior managers at medium and large companies in the central south of England". Issue 62 has a full page article on Forbidden’s brand which opens with: ‘"One of the strengths of our brand is that if someone loses our business card, they still remember our name." Actually, Stephen Streater isn’t indulging in hyperbole. He’s chief executive of Forbidden Technologies’.

Event

Forbidden’s CEO gave a presentation at a private SUNY event in London yesterday. The event was organised by SUNY’s Professor Steve Keeler, a multiple winner of the SBE’s National Broadcast Educator of the Year - and instigator of the first internet-based video editing course, based around FORscene.

New server

Forbidden has added another 10,000 hour server to the FORscene network. This server has more memory and consumes a third less power than the one added last September.
