DCCCafé weekly concludes its article on FORscene: "Hopefully, the move towards on-line editing will have many beneficial consequences. It should cut prices of production dramatically, given that nobody has to physically ship copies of tapes, administer large FTP servers, or relocate just to work on a project. Possibly more importantly, such technology would remove a lot of aggravation from the production process, making a lot of people’s jobs much more pleasant. Efforts like Forbidden Technologies’ should definitely be applauded in this light".
