European ruling
The European Court of First Instance, the second highest court in the EU, has
upheld
the European Commission's decision on Microsoft's punishment. Microsoft, which
has been illegally bundling their media player with their monopoly operating system, has
now given a
timetable
for releasing a version of Windows which does not contain their media player.
Forbidden's customers don't need the Microsoft media player to use our web or mobile
products.
Our unique and exceptional video editing and web/mobile publishing tool,
FORscene,
runs in Java from a web browser.
