European ruling
The European Court of First Instance, the second highest court in the EU, has upheld the European Commission's decision on Microsoft's punishment. Forbidden's customers don't need the Microsoft media player to use our web or mobile products. Our unique and exceptional video editing and web/mobile publishing tool, FORscene, runs in Java from a web browser.
