Low memory FORscene
Forbidden's Java video editing and web/mobile publishing tool
FORscene
has been upgraded to detect the amount of memory available.
By using the latest FORlive, FORscene can, if necessary, work
in half the memory with smaller pictures; this also allows
editing on slow machines and slow links. Published videos
are unaffected by editing on the low memory version.

a favourite of penny share punters and its technology, which enables video

Recent press
"Despite recent weakness, the [technology] sector remains unappealing" says
Investors Chronicle
this week. Reporting on our results, they say:
"while the growth in both mobile and fixed-line internet use has been clear for
all to see, sales of Forbidden's products has been slow".
IC talks about our new products: "These span
video presentations for internal communications, video e-mail, video for mobile phones,
video streaming, internet editing and publishing" and in more positive mood suggests
"Any news of contracts is
likely to spur the share price, so existing investors may well be in for a reasonable ride
over the next few years".

but the sales are a derisory £40,000...Make a family video, edit on Forbidden's site and then allow anyone to view it via PC or mobile phone.
Forget Christmas cards this year" and concludes "A frustrating commercial approach, but still with huge upside."
