Progress bar during start up

The latest feature to be added to Forbidden's player is a progress bar during the automatic pre-load for more difficult content. When used in conjunction with the 'image at start-up' feature announced last month, the first frame of the video appears very quickly, then the progress bar indicates the status of the automatic pre-load, and then the play button appears when the video is ready to start. This feature appears automatically when you have a slow link and viewers with a slow link will be able to see it here.
