Forbidden announces an agreement with Mobile Entertainment Corporation to develop video content for QUALCOMM's BREW(TM) Platform.

Qualcomm set to beat forecasts
"Qualcomm, the leading mobile phone technology company, yesterday said it would meet or exceed its prior forecast for its current quarter because of stronger demand..." reports the FT, adding that the company's "CDMA technology is licensed to Nokia, Verizon and Sprint among other mobile groups".

Patent Application
Forbidden Technologies' latest patent application has now had its International Preliminary Examination Report issued. Our patent agent advises us "As you will see this is wholly favourable and the [30] claims are considered to be both novel and inventive. The report will be sent to the Patent Offices of the designated states and if you proceed in Europe the report will be binding so we can expect the application to be granted."
