Video overlays
FORscene is now widely used by professionals for editing - from rough cuts to finishing
- and Forbidden gets direct market feedback on which upgrades will best allow FORscene
to move further up the value chain.
The Multiple video overlay tracks upgrade (including picture in picture and animated graphics with transparency),
brings FORscene into line with more sophisticated editors.

reported that the BBC1 talent show The Voice UK,

with over 2,500 hours of material ingested and use for more of the workflow, quoting
Envy Post Production head of operations Jai Cave:
"The producers could easily search through previous footage on FORscene to create packages showcasing each artist’s journey.
They could do this either from Envy or back at the office".

The Voice
Forbidden has
announced
that Wall to Wall, part of the Shed Media Group, is using FORscene for series two of The Voice UK for BBC One.
FORscene’s use was extended for this series to make use of the editing and new marker features.
