Using FORscene Load - Linux computers, Fremantle play out daily cuts from their edit suites to directly upload into FORscene in real-time. With a built-in account management system, individual secure logins are sent to producers across the globe to review, comment and sign-off shows before transmission.

FORscene has secure sign on. Its simple interface allows producers to view files, with jog and shuttle provided through the frame-accurate navigation bar. Comments can be made easily by dragging or selecting time codes to comment against.

CBC in Canada require the use of FORscene on all productions commissioned by their A&E (Arts and Entertainment) department. Daily rushes and rough edits are uploaded via DVD or tape through FORscene Load - Linux solution.

Back in CBC’s main Toronto office, production executives and other staff can view and monitor material throughout and provide editorial feedback as work moves from production through to post.

FORscene was originally used on one production in 2006 and CBC is now using the system on over forty productions in 2009.
